Bulk Electrical System Technology I (B.E.S.T. I) is a NERC certified,
21 CEH learning activity presenting electrical technology as it applies
to operating the Bulk Electrical System (BES). The course is presented
using practical and theoretical exercises to support the presentations.
Due to the practical nature of these sessions, using the Lab-Volt
Systems, each class is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
Upon successful completion, participants will be credited 21 NERC
CEH’s (21 operating topics including 9 simulation, 3 standards).
